Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and honey. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy (skip this step if using instant yeast).
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Coat a clean bowl with olive oil. Place dough inside, cover with a towel or wrap, and let rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
- Punch down the dough. Divide and shape into pizza bases, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours for deeper flavor.
Notes
