  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll crescent dough on a lightly floured surface.
  2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds to infuse.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, 2 tablespoons garlic butter, parsley, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Separate crescent dough into triangles. Add 1–2 tablespoons of filling to the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, tucking in any filling that escapes. Place on the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  6. Brush rollups with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

To avoid soggy bottoms, use a metal baking sheet and rotate halfway through baking. Leftovers can be reheated in an air fryer for crispy results.
