Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and honey. Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll dough into a rectangle or oval shape and place on a lined baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter with garlic and parsley. Brush generously over the dough.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and optional rosemary or red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before slicing.
